Summary
This session will assess the entire design process to give delegates an understanding of when key design decisions are made.
Many decisions occur after the planning stage and delegates will explore how to protect quality and effectively monitor and enforce planning decisions, whilst resisting requests for amendments that lower design standards.
This session will compare the strengths and weaknesses of the various procurement routes available.
